Meet The Team

The Learning Spaces team is part of Facilities Planning in UBC Facilities. We create and improve both formal and informal learning spaces across campus, by:

• Providing support and input on the construction and renovation of learning spaces
• Managing spaces on a day-to-day basis
• Analyzing current learning spaces usage to make recommendations for annual upgrades
• Consulting with user groups prior to construction to create the most effective design possible

We work closely with our partners Audio Visual Services, Information Technology and Scheduling Services, Enrolment Services, and our colleagues within Infrastructure Development, to create and manage learning spaces at the Vancouver campus.
